I started a weightloss challenge the healthier way possible in order to inspire others and be healthy. I recently decided to remove my goal weight since I realized my happiness will not depend in numbers, just in feeling better about myself and being healthy.
The secret for happiness is definetly learning to love yourself no matter what you have or how you are.
During all these years I've read so much about dieting health and nutrition, tried almost every diet on the planet and practised many sports.
